Shipping Info
Domestic/US Shipping
We aim to ship all items the next business day (M-Th) after the full payment has been received and processed. We are not liable in the unlikely event we aren’t able to ship out next business day. We use UPS Overnight but if you prefer a different shipping method or carrier, we can use your label as well.
UPS time frame without delays is overnight (delivered within 24 hours). Holidays may affect shipping schedules.
Luxxedition cannot guarantee delivery by any specific day or time. Delays may be caused by weather or other possible issues by the shipping carrier. Luxxedition is unable to refund any shipping fees for these kinds of delays as they are out of our control.
International Shipping
We aim to ship all items the next business day (M-F) after the full payment has been received and processed. We are not liable in the unlikely event we aren’t able to ship out next business day. We use DHL Express, Fedex Express and UPS Express for all international shipping.
Time frames without delays is generally 3-5 business days, however we are not liable for any delays in transit. Holidays may affect shipping schedules.
Any custom duties or taxes incurred will be your responsibility. Please contact us for help or more information about international shipping and duties.
Insurance
Luxxedition is not liable for any loss goods or damage items. Insurance is not included, but can but can be added for an additional charge or at your discretion. Buyers can choose to purchase third party insurance, please let us know if there are any specific packing requirements for claims qualification before we’ve shipped the item out.
In an unusual event where parcel is not delivered, please contact us and allow 40 days for delivery company to investigate.
