To ensure a seamless process, we only list and sell items we have in our possession, all items have to be shipped to us before they’re taken in and up for sale.

Quotes:
We offer 3 solutions: Consignment, Buyouts, and Trade in Credit for eligible items. We will provide an estimated sale price range and take back range from the photos and details you submit in this form. We generally aim to get back with a quote within 1-3 business days. If you don’t hear back from us, please feel free to reach out! Due to the rapidly changing market, our quotes will be guaranteed for 2 weeks.

Fees: Our consignment fee is 10% with a minimum of $300 per bag. SLG’s and Jewelry will have a minimum of $200. Consignor’s will be responsible for authentication fees relating to their item, which will be included in the estimated take-back. Our Quotes will have the Estimated Listing Price range (Before Fees) as well as the Estimated Consignment Take-back (After Fees), Buyout, Trade in Credit as requested so you know approximately how much to expect to receive.

Item Condition:
The more detailed, the more accurate the quote. Please describe item in detail as it can impact your quote upon in-person inspection. All pricing is finalized upon in-person inspection. Describe all flaws such as but not limited to: re-dye/recolor, touch ups, color transfer, corner wear, scratches, odor, tarnish, or any other flaws you may see.

Inaccurate description ie. strong odors, mold, alterations, etc could lead to a revised quote. A return due to a large inaccuracy will incur a $150 fee and return shipping will be the consignor’s responsibility.

How to Proceed:

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send you an agreement for review and shipping address for you to ship your item. Ship us your item and we do the rest!

Authenticity:

We rigorously authenticate all our items. To discourage inauthentic items, there will be a $250 charge for the return of non-authentic non Hermes goods, $350 for Hermes bags.

Shipping Your Item:

  • Shipping the item to us is at your expense. Please keep the package discreet.

  • We accept shipments from all major carriers. Insurance is at your discretion.

  • Wrap the item and package for safe transit. This includes tucking any chains under the flap and stuffing the body of the bag if it is fragile or prone to structure loss. Please do not stuff your items into a box too small as it can cause structural damage to the bag which will affect the item value.

  • Please reach out if you have any questions about international shipping & duties and fees.

  • We will email to confirm that we have received your goods within 3 business days.

Selling Approach:
Items generally take 3-6 business days to be taken in and up for sale. They will be marketed in different methods which can include product photos, videos, styled photos, un-boxings and on-the-body modeling. Items will also be featured in a curated selection on our website and our Instagram @Luxxedition. Once your item has sold, we will notify you as soon as possible with expected payout date.

Return Consignment:
We make every effort to only accept items that we believe we can help sell efficiently. After 60 days from delivery date, if the item has not sold, you can request for it to be returned at your expense. Please notify us and send us a shipping label and we’ll have it shipped back to you generally within 2-3 business days. A $150 fee for non Hermes items will be applied if this request comes before the 60 day period. A $300 fee for Hermes will be applied if this request comes before the 60 day period.

Payout Terms:
We will send payment for consigned sold items via Zelle, Bank Wire, Wise or Paypal F&F typically within 5 business days after full payment is received and the transaction has been finalized. Bank Wire and Wise may have additional fees which consignor’s will be responsible for. We always aim to pay out immediately.
